Swedish spatial designer, architect SIR MSA with a background in both music and graphic design and illustration. Educated in design and architecture at The Royal Danish Art Academy, in addition to independent courses in related areas of expertise.
My work stems from the details, the faint sensation, starting the exploration in the close then slowly expand. Through the perspective of the human, in the intimate experience of the space or piece. Where the hand meets the material, in the movement, the motion and emotion, the silence and the music. The spatial art are often a subtle performance in which the subject will partake. Where the sensory experience is central. Tactility, scent, sound and light are all present when she is composing a spatial piece.
The approach is similar when composing a musical piece. Starting from the body and out, in the nuances of a sound or a mood. Since the age of 8 my main instrument has been the cello but I also hold a love for analogue synthesizers, often combining the classical instrument’s vibrations with electronic instruments in the soundscapes I create.
Alongside the more artistic approach to my work, I also enjoy projects of a more strategic and conceptual level. I have experience from background from both brand identity creation, pitch work, retail branding, scenography and temporary spatial installations. I enjoy leading a team and aim for both effectiveness, attention to detail and a good vibe amongst coworkers and clients. I also have a thing for the pedagogic part of helping the client with implementation, by creating tools and platforms to best reach the vision of a spatial project.
I am currently based in Malmö, Sweden.
